Mr. Stoffel is an executive from the Washington D.C. area with years of experience in global leading Telecommunication and Software Companies.  Originally, David looked to the Carribean market place in 2007 to work on improving and enhancing key development opportunities.  These opportunities opened new relationships nd pathways which have now led to mining, infrastructure development, and a variety of import and export opportunities.
