David Stoffel-CEO and Co-founder

David Stoffel was raised in the Washington DC area. This culturally diverse exposure made it easy for him to excel in International Business. His father, Larry Stoffel, served as an excellent political mentor as he ran the U.S. Senate office buildings as the Superintendant for more than 20 years. Having a strong foundation in education and living with foreign exchange students, David now speaks several languages fluently and is currently working to acquire several more.

After spending years in the fine-dining hospitality industry he moved forward first into the corporate world through selling Wine and Cigars as an Industry Professional. Realizing the limited growth potential without having the last name of a “MONDAVI” he tackled an Intensive Network Engineering Program, graduated with honors, and received Certifications for MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP in 2000. These newly acquired skills made it easy for him to succeed with corporate IT Directors to consult over their telecom needs.

As the Telecom period hit an all-time low and spiraled downward, David found and achieved success. David's step-father, James Savage, a University of Virgina Political Science Professor recieved a  joint grant from the University and the Hitachi Corporation. During this time David's parents lived in Tokyo, Japan for one year. David reaped the advantages of his resources and picked up some useful business accumen from his parents. KDDI, one of the World’s Industry leading Telecommunication providers, in business since 1953, and a $22 Billion dollar company acquired David in 2001. Developing his skills as a Global Account Manager and groomed by industry experts David successfully brought in AOL. This was more than an unusual sale with extreme high-growth as at the time AOL and NTT, KDDI’s number one competitor, had a Subsidiary together named AOL DoCoMO. Regardless of this synergy, David’s solutions and compelling arguments won over AOL’s Senior Executives. He provided them with Alternative routes and superior restoration. The relationship blossomed and KDDI profited beyond their imagination.

Fueled by his Entrepreneurial passions David moved on in 2006. Changing over to the Software Industry and working as a Business Acquisitions Manager David learned Finance and Accounting with Sage Software a leading provider. This new form of education proved instrumental in dealings with Corporate Controller’s and CFO’s.   After a 2 year time period the Telecom business boomed again and started to roll-out VOIP and newly converged service offerings. Wanting to take advantage of  a pre-existing and rich network base of Customer and Vendor relationships David moved forward and became an Industry Consultant.

Previous experiences and a desire to have a business in the booming Caribbean market, David, together with his business partner, Janwillem Wiefkers, are more than capable and ready to excel in the regional market-place.
